At present, the school has established: 1 national-level teaching demonstration center (base), 4 national-level first-class undergraduate major construction sites, 3 emerging engineering majors, and 4 majors have passed the national engineering education professional certification. Professors Geng Lin, Yan Mufu, Fei Weidong, and Fang Hongyuan have been awarded provincial-level teaching masters in colleges and universities. At present, 7 national-level first-class undergraduate courses and 11 provincial-level first-class undergraduate courses have been established. In the past five years, it has won 3 national-level teaching achievement awards, 11 provincial-level teaching achievement awards, and 1 national excellent textbook award; Principles of Heat Treatment and Micro-Nano Fabrication Technology have won the Heilongjiang Provincial Curriculum Ideological and Political Demonstration Course and Teaching Team; it has won 3 first prizes in the provincial curriculum ideological and political teaching competition, the school has added 28 provincial-level and above teaching reform projects, won 487 awards in various national/international competitions, the proportion of employment in key fields has reached 65%, and 723 talents have been sent to the aerospace and national defense fields.
