Currently, the School has achieved the following milestones in education:
It houses 1 National Demonstration Center for Experimental Education (base), 4 National First-Class Undergraduate Program Construction Sites, 3 emerging engineering programs, and 4 programs accredited by the national engineering education accreditation.
Professors Geng Lin, Yan Mufu, Fei Weidong, and Fang Hongyuan have been awarded the title of Provincial Outstanding Teachers in Institutions of Higher Education.
The School has developed 7 National First-Class Undergraduate Courses and 11 Provincial First-Class Undergraduate Courses.
Over the past five years, the School has:
Won 3 National Teaching Achievement Awards, 11 Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards, and 1 National Excellent Textbook Award;
Been recognized for Principles of Heat Treatment and Micro-Nano Processing Technology as Heilongjiang Provincial Ideological and Political Demonstration Courses with corresponding exemplary teaching teams;
Earned 3 first prizes in the Provincial Ideological and Political Teaching Competition;
Secured 28 new provincial or higher-level educational reform projects;
Achieved 487 awards in various national and international competitions;
Seen 65% of graduates employed in key national sectors, with 723 talents contributing to aerospace and national defense fields.
