1. Application Submission
Applicants must compile the following materials into a single PDF document，named Name + Affiliated Institution + Position Applied and submit it to the designated email address (es) of the academic/research units or regional institutes.
2. Required Materials
(1) Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV):Continuous academic and professional history from undergraduate studies to present. List of publications (papers, books). Key teaching and research achievements. Funded research projects, patents, and awards.
(2) Research Proposal:Future research plans and objectives.
(3) Three Representative Publications:Include full texts or preprints.
(4) Two Reference Letters from Peer Experts:Submitted directly by referees or included in the PDF.
3. Review and Appointment Process
Unit Review:
Applications are first reviewed and recommended by the respective academic/research units.
University-Level Evaluation:
HIT conducts centralized reviews and issues formal appointments.
Onboarding Timeline:
Successful candidates must complete onboarding procedures within six (6) months after university approval.Failure to pass post-offer screenings (e.g., medical exams) will result in rescission of appointment.
4. Grounds for Disqualification
Offer of employment will not be retained under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Fresh graduates from regular higher education institutions are unable to provide valid graduation certificates and degree certificates (for degrees obtained abroad or overseas, a degree certification from the Ministry of Education is required);
(2) Individuals found to not meet the basic application requirements or have engaged in fraudulent activities during the application process;
(3) Individuals with a criminal record, a history of disciplinary violations, inability to work full-time on site, or inability to complete the transfer of personnel relations, among other situations.
