These partners include Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States, the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, the National University of Singapore, Kyoto University in Japan, St. Petersburg State University in Russia, and the Paton Welding Institute in Ukraine.
